Visión

Es el organismo público descentralizado de la administración pública estatal que brinda soporte técnico, financiero, administrativo y normativo a los municipios, comunidades y sociedad en general, con el objetivo de
mejorar de forma continua los sistemas de abastecimiento de agua y el aprovechamiento del recurso hídrico de manera racional y sustentable.
